With the 2024 FIM Hard Enduro World Championship schedule announced, Sea to Sky makes a welcome addition to the race calendar. Long regarded as the ‘most enjoyable Hard Enduro’, the Turkish event is set to serve as an exciting and highly anticipated sixth and penultimate round.

For 2024, the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship will be held across seven rounds. Building on the six-round series in 2023, the calendar expands to take in additional races and new venues. Among those is the iconic Sea to Sky in Turkey, which will take place from October 10-12.

Preparing to be a part of the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship for the first time, Sea to Sky will celebrate its 15th edition in 2024. Over the years the event has grown to become one of the must-do races on every Hard Enduro rider’s bucket list. Mixing Hard Enduro with some incredible scenery, beautiful weather, and non-stop holiday vibes, it’s easy to see why!

For 2024, racing takes place across three days with the Beach Race, Forest Race, and Mountain Race, running from October 10-12 in Kemer.

Beginning on Thursday, the Beach Race is an exciting battle on the sandy shoreline of the host town Kemer. With a mixture of man-made obstacles and deep sand, it always proves a brilliant watch.

Early the following morning, riders get ready for the Forest Race. A long loop of medium difficulty is laid out around the region’s surrounding forest trails for riders to complete. With competitors starting in a time-trial format, they need to push hard to secure a top position for Saturday’s all-important Mountain Race. And, let’s not forget, three championship points are at stake.

The Mountain Race truly embodies the Hard Enduro spirit and is like no other on the calendar. Riders line up for the start with their wheels on the shoreline of the Mediterranean Sea and then race head-to-head to summit the nearby Olympos Mountain first. At 2,365 metres in elevation, it’s a jaw dropping location for the finish line of a motorcycle race.
